We are currently delivering to all regions within Australia.
Please use a residential address as deliveries to a business address may not be completed.
Australia Post Delivery Delays:
There are currently delivery delays across the Australia Post network for both Express and Standard Post to all metropolitan and regional areas.
Customers in QLD, NT and WA should allow for an additional 5 to 7 days for delivery and an additional 3 to 5 days in all other areas.
Express Shipping may also require additional time for delivery.
Australia Post are processing an unprecedented amount of parcels from increased online shopping, as well as implementing social distancing processes to maintain the safety of their staff and customers.
Due to a significant reduction in the number of passenger flights around the country this has also reduced the freight capacity available. This means that more parcels are traveling by road than ever before with longer transit times.
Note that congestion in sorting parcels from the very high volumes also means you may see a delay in updates on the tracking of your parcel.


In the interest of the health of our team and our customers, all returns will be "quarantined" for 7 days after receipt before being processed and refunded. Our returns staff are upholding high hygiene standards when collecting and inspecting returns, including the use of gloves, masks, and strict hand sanitation procedures.
