Australia Post Delivery Delays:
There are currently delivery delays across the Australia Post network for both Express and Standard Post to all metropolitan and regional areas.
Customers in QLD, NT and WA should allow for an additional 5 to 7 days for delivery and an additional 3 to 5 days in all other areas.
Express Shipping may also require additional time for delivery.
Australia Post are processing an unprecedented amount of parcels from increased online shopping, as well as implementing social distancing processes to maintain the safety of their staff and customers.
Due to a significant reduction in the number of passenger flights around the country this has also reduced the freight capacity available. This means that more parcels are traveling by road than ever before with longer transit times.
Note that congestion in sorting parcels from the very high volumes also means you may see a delay in updates on the tracking of your parcel.

You can track your order with the consignment number emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days
- Regional NSW: 3-7 business days
- Metro (ex. Sydney): 3-6 business days
- Regional (ex. NSW): 6-9 business days

Please understand that severe weather, bushfires, aircraft mechanical failures, and other such calamities may affect this delivery time, however we boast an impressive 96% on time rate for all deliveries, near and far. If your order does not reach you in time, we will happily pay for the return postage and refund you in full for your purchase once returned.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries to Parcel Lockers and MyPost addresses may experience delivery delays. Orders being delivered to Cocos Keeling, Christmas and Norfold Islands cannot be sent with this option.
